Booking Terms and Conditions
Prices are per cottage, per week. Electricity is included in the price. £25 reduction if only two persons in a 4 bed cottage.
Minimum charge or short breaks, when available, is for four nights at 75% of the weekly rates.
Children under 10 years cannot be accommodated for safety reasons.
Bookings are from 4pm to 10am Saturday to Saturday.
Bookings may be made by phone or letter.
A deposit of £50 per week per cottage is due with the booking form to confirm the reservation.
The balance of rent and other charges are due six weeks before the holiday starts.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non refundable if the cottage cannot be relet.
The number of people staying in the cottages must not exceed the numbers stated on the booking form.

Well behaved dogs accepted at £20 per week in Kingfisher cottage.
Dogs should be kept under close control around the cottages but may be exercised
in our extensive grounds. The dog must not be left alone in the property.
Owners need to provide a basket or blanket for the dog as pets are welcome
on the clear understanding
that no pet is allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture.
It is the responsibility of the owner to clear fouling matter from the grounds.
Bookings for holidays with pets is restricted to Kingfisher Cottage. A reduction
of £25 is given
when only two persons are staying in the cottage. Dog charge is £20 per
week.
2 Rods per cottage maximum. 5 RODS MAXIMUM PER WEEK.
Young persons in full time education fish free of charge.
There is ample car parking space adjacent to the cottages.
