Our Cottages
Our Self Catering Holiday Cottages occupy a unique site on a low rise overlooking the River Teifi. The complex is of historical and architectural interest as it dates in parts from the 15th Century.
Grounds of 40 acres surround the farmhouse and four cottages, which are grouped around a south facing courtyard. At the rear, they overlook a lawn bounded by fields. An easy level access makes the river area particularly suitable for anyone with disabilities.
Our Holiday Cottages are all self- contained. Each has a front door onto the courtyard and a back door onto a patio area leading to the lawn.
There is ample car parking space adjacent to the cottages.
(We are unable to cater children under 10 years of age. Well behaved dogs permitted.)
Each cottage is equipped with electric cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator,
crockery, cutlery, and television. Heating is by storage and convector heaters.
All beds are single divans with duvet quilts and blankets. Bed linen and towels
are inclusive in the cost of the rental of the cottage.
All cottages have a comfortable living room with kitchen area. Bathrooms have showers fitted rather than baths. There is a large drying/freezer/rod room with a coin operated washing machine and tumble drier for your use.

- Dairy Cottage
- sleeps three occupants in twin and single bedrooms.
- Kingfisher Cottage
- sleeps four occupants in two twin bedrooms.
- Holly Cottage
- also sleeps four occupants in two twin bedrooms.
Dairy Cottage is two-storey with an open staircase but the other three are single-storey.
